A stable, level base is essential. We construct the base as part of our installation process, ensuring proper drainage, stability, and long-term performance.

Delivery & Positioning
Your sauna is delivered to site and positioned ready for installation. These are solid units — delivered in flat-pack form to suit standard access, with heavy panels that require proper handling. In some cases, a crane truck may be required depending on access. We'll guide you through all of this beforehand so there are no surprises on the day.

Installation
Our team completes the full assembly and installation of the sauna on site. Everything is installed correctly and aligned with our standards.

Electrical Connection
A licensed electrician completes the final connection. We provide the required specifications so it's done safely and correctly.

Commissioning & First Use
Once installed and connected, your sauna is checked and ready to go. We'll show you how everything works — including temperature control and general use — so you're comfortable from day one.
